Arlene has many years of rewarding experience with formal long term mentoring partnerships as well as short term speed mentoring events. Also for many years,she was honored to be invited motivational career guidance speaker for Boeing and various organizations such as SAMPE and Women in Science and Engineering (WISE). Since May 2014 she began using the ICF style of transformative inVITE change coaching. This style relies more heavily on questions and reflection than her previous style. It is faster so thirty minute sessions are typically best after an initial 1-2 hour introductory discussion.
